I understand where your coming from, I've never encountered this but have heard of people who have done so. I just want to say, that your warning shall not be removed due to verbal abuse to a staff member. As a member of the community who has volunteered to uphold the rules. You should know right from wrong. Unless you believe the other staff member was doing wrong, keep it to yourself - gather evidence and make a demotion request.
Me personally want a fresh start from a lot of things, but no one can change who you are unless you show it.

Your applications status will remain the same until the meeting; which then it shall be denied for 'recent punishments'.
I advise a staff member to deal with this case quickly.
