Suggestion Title: Remove all halloween related content

How would it benefit the server: It would most likely fix the crouching issue as shown below. It's been like that ever since the halloween update.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None

Additional notes: Simply disabling purchase and usage of the halloween items won't fix anything.

Of course I had to make a seperate thread for this so it would be seen.
