If ZARP Wants to balance follow these steps:

- Make all normal weapons do the same damage [So people can use new guns that are shit at the moment]
- Take out gang upgrades such as damage shield [ So gangs have equal opportunity whilst raiding each other]
- Special weapons should still be different from each other but crafting recipes should be changed e.g Gluon gun not as op as Milkor but costs much more to make. [Pricing Fixed = most OP weapon should be asked on for a poll on the forum / in game]
