Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command.
someone thinks this is call of duty and shoots everything that moves

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
i would lover their ban to a week or so, and explain to them that if they cheat again it will not be tollorated so lightly

Why I should be promoted
well i have been in the ttt staff community and i just feel like it would the extra powers would be nice( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)_{for minging or acualy doing staff things}( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) i have good history and reputation in the community.
