A suggestion of updating the rules would be nice. Even though GTA V is counted as out game item, there's not much of a big deal other than a simple talk of 'I will not do it again, unless the rules have changed.'

If it was acquired from a steam case, then it still doesn't count it as an in-game item. It's not related to ZARP in any shape or form other than how you got it.
