I would just like to say a few things.
First of all this is the rule in question.It seems to talk about VIP as an exception to other in game items, implying that VIP is an in game item and thus booster packs are in game items. If this is not the case the rule should really be re-written to something clearer like this:
Apart from this matter I have found General Doombringer to be very unpleasant and unprofessional, for example mocking Crystal for making this post, calling him "a joke" and making more offensive comments.
