You rush F1s, do not do them well enough imo and don't do enough. In F1s I have seen you ignoring users and staff. Like the other week when me and James spent 15minutes explaining to you what NLR was.

You can be very unprofessional at times and very pushy. When I spoke to you yesterday and asked why you did not help those people with their problems, you said "I'm busy with my gang"; you have been mod long enough to know that helping people comes before RP things.

You admitted you don't do alot of F1s and are usually just wandering around the map, it would've done you good to help.

Everyday I have seen you doing something wrong, and me and the other staff members try to help you the best we can, but you do not co-operate. You should also be aware that I am noting alot of these things down and high ranked staff members are watching you.

I'm not trying to be mean, but you can improve greatly, but for now it's a -Support from me.
