Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
it will contribute because I have learned some new rules and I know how to deal with certain things and I have had a very good time as mod and I feel like my experience as moderator will help me become admin because I have been hard working I may not do too many f1's but I walk around catching rule breakers like NLR'ing Mutants and I feel as admin I can do better.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
well once I was on the server and I was the only ZARP staff online and there were 10 f1's to be handled and MASS RDM'ers and it was hard I couldn't ban the people and when I kicked them they came back and eventually they left and then a few seconds later a admin came on (credit to skykiller) and helped me.

If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I have read this application and im glad to hear you want redemption
this unban appeal is good and I can see you put a lot of effort into it
ACCEPTED
I will shorten your ban to 2 weeks because I see by this application that you are really sorry so im going to give you another chance have a nice day.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
because I have had a lot of experience as moderator and as everyone around me got promoted and demoted I feel I am ready to go to the next level and become a good staff member. i have recently been struggling with certain thing but I feel I am better and ready to be admin and help people in a better way. I think that I have been a moderator for a long time (from what I feel 5 weeks of mod is a lot compared to people getting promoted a few days later) and I have learned from my mistake and thank you for accepting me as mod and thank you for creating a great server community and also I forgot to mention this in my mod app but I have had admin experience on a different server(same powers as admin on this server) in a different game mode before the server shut down. and I know I broke a staff rule and I have learned my lesson and I now know what NDA is and I feel really guilty and sorry about it so I will NEVER do that again. anyway have a nice day and a merry chrismas

I will be training you with a few basic commands to help you become the enforcer.
1. /tp
this command is good because it will teleport you to the location in your crosshairs and if you do /tp [steamID/name] then it will tp that person to your cross hairs.
2. /goto [SteamID/Name]
this command is good because instead of interrupting them mid raid you goto them and ask them if they are ready to go onto a roof for f1.
3. /warn [SteamID/Name] [Reason]
this is the most basic command if someone has broken a rule and you deem it not verbal warn worthy then just warn them with this command 3 warns=kick 4 warns=temporary ban
4. /freeze [SteamID/Name]
this command will freeze the player making them unable to move or shoot their gun. helpful for people rdm'ing or running away from f1
5. /// [message]
this command makes you speak in admin chat and is helpful if you need a admin in a f1 sit
6./mute [SteamID/Name]
this will mute some ones microphone helpful for mic spammers to unmute just go /unmute [SteamID/Name]
7. /back
this command will tp you back if no name is given but if a name is given it will tp them back to their last position(of tp like death and f1's helpul in f1's)
8. /kick [SteamID/Name]
this will remove them from the server but is used in most cases if the person needs to be banned but no admins on.
now onto the situations your going to face there is multiple rule breaks you will encounter the worst ones will be either MASS RDM, MASS NLR or Propspam/trying to crash server if you encounter these rulebreaks contact a admin via admin chat and get evidence to support the ban.
if its a minor rulebreak then you either verbal warn or warn here are some examples:
player x kills player y. player y has evidence to support that player x rdm'ed him.it will be your choice whether you verbal or warn.in most cases its a warn but if you want it can be verbal
the last thing is the admin keypad checker you shoot a keypad/prop and it will show details of fading doors using this you can detect illegal bases or propblock for example I shoot a fading door and it shows link to keypad I shoot keypad and it shows it only opens for 3.5 seconds. if this is the case you would tp them and tell them to change it if they refuse warn/verbal warn (its your choice)
