Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Dear Player x After looking through your Unban Appeal I have made a decision.
You have committed a serious violation of server rules, but you show remorse over the deed.
However the deed has already been done, but I will lover your ban time to 1 week.
You banned this person. You can't accept/deny your own appeals
