Disrespect is disrespect, and he is correct in saying that witnesses aren't proof and nor are logs in most scenarios. You went about the situation in a bad way, you need to stay calm in all situations and if you want to be helped out you need to put up your end of the deal and be helpful back. Disrespecting and breaking the rules was not the way to go about this, since you have no proof i'm going to deny this. You can always appeal your ban using the Appeal template found here.
