Thanks for making this thread, how ever dispite your good intentions it will cause more harm then good. As stated above staff are allowed to issue punishments how they see fit based off the situation. This thread will only confuse people applying for staff/newer staff memebers. Who might asume that this is how they should always punish someone. So sorry but I will be closing this thread.
