I have seen that you have tried your hardest to be active with your SSRP responsibilities as well as Deathrun so that explains your slight inconsistency in the activity. To improve on this and show that you're going to be a dedicated and active Administrator you'll need to make sure to average around 1, 1.5 or 2 hours a day heading up through Friday prove that you're willing to fulfill your duties even further as an Admin as well as being more active and ready when you're needed.

Your application is impressive as you have clearly answered questions correctly and hopefully truthfully; not to mention that you have a consistent colour scheme and format providing a clean and smooth application. I haven't seen you on the server that often as: We may be on at different times, your activity isn't impressive and maybe you just haven't been making your presence known. To make sure myself and other staff members discover your attitude towards players on the server and your duties as a staff member; try and communicate with staff members more in and out of the game, deal with more situations as I have personally not seen you handle a large amount of situations and help out more often in meetings.
