When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
I feel like it would appropiate to use the ban command when someone is being very disrespectful towards other players and staff memebers after being both verbally warned and warned asking him to stop when he is ungagged/unmuted for the next map and he continues with this behaviour i would then ban the player also another time i could use the ban command is when someone leaves to avoid their punishment which i will explain more in the next question below and how i had to get around it

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
I had this happen a few times but i will take 1 example, I was the only Mod/Admin on at the time and had 1 player being very rasict and very disrespectful i first verbally wanred him to stop being disrespectful and then he started being rasict i then muted and gagged the player and warned him for what he had done, but the next map he started doing it again so i took screenshots and when an admin came on the i got the player banned (i belive the admin was DZXE i may be wrong)

I feel like i should be promoted because i have been a Mod for 2 weeks now and ive had alot of issues where i needed someone banning because i mainly play when no other mods/admins are on i also feel like i have done a good job so far as a Mod and i have played daily and made alot of new freinds on the Deathrun server im having alot of fun with it I also understand the server rules and comands and fel like i would be able to handle being an Admin.
