You've been warned countless times, over and over. One warning should be enough to make someone stop, in this case it seems several bans aren't enough to get you to stop. Saying sorry or saying that you love ZARP isn't going to change the fact that you've broken countless rules and refused to stop when told to do so. With your history I would've banned you the instant you did something racist as you've had countless chances to stop and improve yet you continue. Whilst I dislike racism I cannot stop you from singing racist stuff to each other over skype but I will not tolerate it on the server. For you to further understand why I don't feel you deserve any more chances lets have a look at your bans.
