Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

My time as moderator has been fun, i feel like im ready once again to become an admin , as i was an admin for 5months+ I feel like i could do alot more as an admin for example being able to ban rule breakers etc. I feel like there are restrictions on what i can do as a mod because our powers as a mod are very limited, which as an admin it would be easier.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

An obstacle that i had encountered while doing an F1, is when my ping literally went up to 4000! Trust me it was very hard as there were just mods on and my ping as 4000 while there was a rule breaker loose on the server, but my ping eventually went down, and by that time an admin came on to ban him.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hello <Name> first off i would like tosay congratz on becoming apart of the wonderful staff team!
I will being going over what you need to know to become a great moderator.
First we will be going over

Commands-

Teleport

This command is basically self-explanitory it teleports you and other users to use this command you can do "/tp <name> to teleport somebody to you, or if you are wanting to teleport you just type /tp and you will Tp to where your cross-hairs are pointing. But an easier way can be through the tab menu and all you have to do is Open tab>Click on a user> teleport, you would use this command during an F1 to TP up[ to a roof so it would be easier.

Back

This command is used when you have teleported a player to you for an f1 for example, and you want to TP him back to his previous location, to do this all you have to do is /back <name> or if you wanted to go back to your previous location after an F1, simply type "/back" pretty simple command.

Freeze

This command is used for example if people are RDMing you can freeze them by doing "/freeze <name> "
you can select how long you want to freeze them for || Forever || 10 seconds || 30 seconds || 1 minute || 5 minutes || or 10 minutes, this command is really useful during F1's so the player dosent run away etc.

[code]You wont really need to use this command really , usualy when a citizen has a big gun and refuses to put it away this is really the only thing you need to use it for basically, or if somebody breaks NLR, but you can just TP them back to spawn really.

Goto

You would use this command in every F1 because if you bring them, they would get pretty upset, to do this command all you have to do is "/goto <name>" and to go back all you have to do is "/back" pretty simple command again.

Bring

I wouldnt recommend using this command , as it provents you from teleporting the user back to there original location. thats why i would recommend using the "teleport" command instead.

Unban From Job

You would use this command if somebody was randomly demoted, for example if somebody was demoted for having a nice face, you would press tab> find the user in tba> Click on the user's name>click unban from job> select which job he was demoted from.

Kick

You wont need to use this command much as there would most likly be an admin and above on, but if there isnt then you would kick somebody if they were Mass RDMing etc. BUT ONLY WHEN THERE ARE NO ADMINS ON. To use this command all you have to do is "/kick <SteamID>"

Now we will being going over the rules as a moderator
Rules
Rules are pretty simple , dont use your commands for ANY RP SITUATION, do not use this command to abuse it, and do not use it to help a friend out etc. theses things will probably getting you demoted fast.
Next we will be going over the F1 system
So now if you press F1 you will no longer need to make an F1 as you are staff, when you press F1 now you will see 3 diffrent tabs . " Admin Requests" " Warnings" "Loggings" to see if there are any F1's you will see a thing flasing at the boom left-hand corner as seen here :

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

I feel like i should be chosen because i put alot of time and effort into Zarp DarkRP, as i said above i was an admin for 5 months plus so i know how to be a great admin, im on everyday so i would be able to do more to rule breakers other than warn , i would be able to ban, etc I feel like there are limits on being a moderator , due to the powers, and me becoming an admin once again would make it 10x easier for me , and the users playing on the server, im on every single day for many hours a day I would really like to able to make admin once again so i could do more things in the community involving solving rule breakers hacker and sorts. I know this why i should be chosen seems kinda short but its basically all true, so i hope yo ucan consider me being an SSRP admin once again! thnk you

Now its the loggings, you can see everyones loggs from kills, to disconnected, to reconnected etc. but to se a specific one, type there name in the little adress bar in the top right of the F1 menu. Now the Warning same as Loggings you can see there warnings , but to see a specifc one type there name in the little address bar.

[b][i][color=#0000ff]This lets you see peoples bans, and warns but you have to select a name that are on the server or you can type there name, by hand.

[spoiler]Hello, <name> i have reviewed your unban appeal, and this is a very serious thing that you have done, but it looks like you didnt realy mean it as you put alot of effort into making this, so i have decided to lower your ban to 3 weeks just to get you thinking about what you did and to not ever do it again.
