Not only did you break a rule by using a big gun as a hobo - you keep stating that you're trying to help staff members and how they should handle situations. Now if this was true you'd blatantly know that the only way to effectively deal with an RDM is to let staff deal with it; therefore dealing with a rulebreak situation in the wrong way.

I'm not saying you don't know how to deal with situations as when I was staff and you were new to staff you did a great job up until you resigned, but at this time you need to show that you can still handle situations effectively. Just by telling staff how they should deal with situations isn't going to cut it, especially since you've slipped up in handling a situation. You say that the F1 system was broken and instead of contacting a staff member through TS or Steam (which I'm sure you have a lot of staff on steam) you took matters into your own hands.
