a guy kills / shoots / attack a guy for no reason
ex : lets say if player x was in the street , and player y came and shot him / killed him (((FOR NO REASON))) then player y should have been rdmed him
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
entering a district (AFTER DYING IN IT) within the time 3:00 minutes
ex :lets say that player x was raiding and player y came and killed him , player x came back within the time of NLR , then player X has broken NLR !

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
using the chat in a wrong term of use to give info of a charecter ingame and saying it in OOC
ex : adverting in OOC , speaking with a guy (CALLING FOR HELP) on a raid or something like that on OOC

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
first of all after checking logs , tell in chat that player Y killed X as in logs , then i ask player Y and X about the story and their reasons , then if the reasons arent good enough i ask for proofs , if there was no proofs i go back to the log and that shows Y killed X and for the solution (it depends on what i have from proofs and reasons , if not valid case closed .)

first of all , ask the player Y that why he returned back ? ,ask at first , then if not good reasons and story , i will give him a warning for breaking NLR

ok so this is a metagaming , just tell the player who said it to not use it ON OOC and use it on advert or group chat or something near that and if he kept doing it again and again ill give him a warning

so first things first this is the third time i apply , anyway , i want to be a mod to help ppl as there were os many rule breakers and ppl calling for staff and get no answers or there are like 1 staff on all f1s , i waant to help from my the heart i have to the lovley community im in i want to put my hand in help of this erver to make things fair and for all the players to have a good play as im ready to counter any problems and make it fair as much ass possible on the road of me playing the server i met 2 type of ppl good and bad good ppl are so good espically staff helping people i jsut like to see it a guy being help by a staff member and warniing a rule breaker cause it helps by every word , and for bad ppl i met are every single guy who trolls and break rules i talked with my self why are these ppl even living that way this isnt right and i want to put my mind and help and everything i have from power to stop it even if that was a single bit . i just hope whne i become a mod server will be a better playground without rule breakers .
