Languages I speak: Fluent English, broken Arabic, very weak French/Spanish/German/Swedish, and currently learning Japanese.

Admin Promotion:

When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
Some situations include: Massive rules breakers, leaving to avoid punishment, racism, threats including death threats and threatening to blackmail, hacks/DDoS and threats of hacks/DDoS and the list goes on.
A mass rule breaker's ban time will vary depending on the level of offenses (Might be a day, might be a week or more)
Leaving to avoid punishment would mean a day of ban time.
Racism and threats would mean a week long band time.
Any hacks, scripting or threats of hacks would lead to a permanent ban time.
There are other situations, however these are the most common ones.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
I faced a person who had been disrespecting me and others. I gagged him, but he started using the chat, so I muted him. Then he left the server and returned and continued to disrespect us. All I had available was a kick, so I used that. Had I been Admin, I would have access to the ban command. This means I would be able to ban him for a day since he would be avoiding punishment.

Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words) I believe I should be promoted because of many reasons. Firstly, I will be very active (since exams will be over by the end of this week). In addition, I also play on both servers a lot (Although lately my game time on server 1 is down a bit ;-; (I'll get it up since, again, my exams will be over by the end of this week)). Thirdly, I believe I am very helpful by answering any questions that anyone, new or old, have about the server or Garry's Mod in general. Lastly, I think I would make a good admin, because I will be able to become a better staff member just by being able to do more about punishing trouble makers and helping the people who need help.
