When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?

It would be appropriate to use if players:

-Mass disrespect/Racism
-Hacking/Scripting
-Inappropriate names (I would give them a chance to change the name)
-Inappropriate sprays (I woild give them a chance to change the spray)
-DDos threats

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?

This one time this guy was mass disrespecting in the mic, so I gagged him, but then he rejoins. I think it was a bug or something, because everytime he rejoined he got ungagged. So I just kept gagging him, But he didn't stop. Afterwards I kicked him, and he didn't come back. I feel like this would,ve been an appropriate time to use the ban command.

Why I should be promoted

I think I should be promoted because I feel like i'm a trusted staff member on Deathrun.
I know when it will be appropriate to use the admin commands.
I'm active in my opinion, and yeah I just really enjoy being apart of this community.
I would never abuse any staff commands.
I know the rules in and out, If someone mass breaks the rules, I wouldn't need to call in an Admin to ban them.
I could just do it myself. At the moment I don't know for how long they would be banned, but I think I would find out, IF I get accepted.
