If I'm honest I think this guy should atleast get maybe a shortened ban, when I went to spawn I did see some guy shooting and him and he shot back but he seemed to get the ban not the other guy I feel that was an unfair ban but it's up to you guys what you all think but if I'm honest it seems like an unfair ban.
