This is a sick application! You obviously put a lot of time and effort into this. To me that seems like someone who really wants mod.

Attitude isn't great. Admitidly I'd probably be really annoyed if I lost a gluon gun. But I wouldn't say anything out aloud. I'm going to assume you don't usually do this. Although it would be nice if someone else could clarify this. A important thing to remember is when being staff you will get frustrated a lot. If I see a improvement of this you will get my support.
I will read into this more when I'm not working.
