Estimated Server Time: 21+Hours (Some of my game time wasn't recorded because i didn't beat a map)

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I got promoted 4 days after I got accepted because no one was on to give me mod and teach me.
Even before that i acted as a mod trying to stop spams(voice and chat) or voice chat arguing/fighting.
I even taught a guy how to Bhop.He knew the basics, but he needed help so I helped him.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I've been playing bhop for over 3weeks now and even as a non-mod i haven't encountered rulebreakers apart from people who argue on the microphone.I don't know if that is a good sign about me or a bad one, but i just haven't encountered such an obstacle.I only had one mic spammer a day after i became Mod,but he stopped spamming after the first warning.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Hey!Congrats on being accepted.I will be the person the will teach you the commands.Moderators have only 2 commands.Gag and mute.If you type !admin in chat a window will pop-up with saying [YourName]'s Admin Panel.There you can see the names of people and to the right are the commands you can use.You select the name of the rulebreaker and you press mute or gag depending on the situation.Good luck with being mod!

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hey X.I see that you got banned by me because you were cheating.Since it's your first time i will accept your ban appeal under one condition.If you don't cheat.I have shortened your ban.Good luck and don't cheat again because next time you won't have the chance to appeal your ban.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).
I should be accepted because I am friendly, I help people and I am really active.I am a trusted player,I have been Admin before and i know all commands and how to deal with situations.I like to have fun and entertain people.I think i would be helpful as Admin.
