How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3? I would bring the bully into a locked channel and tell him what he has done and not to do it again. I would warn him with words and then let him free but i will follow him into his channel to see if he does it again.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately. Ban : The Ban command is used correctly when someone is disrespecting over the time or they are doing some thing inappropiate.
Lock Channel : This is used when it is someone is doing something private or if they need to talk to someone with no one interrupting.
