Random deatmatch or rdm for short is where a player kills another player with no reason

Scenario: Player X

Explain: "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario
New life rule or "NLR" is where a player dies and he has to forget the player who killed him and something related to him. The person has to wait 3 minutes.

Scenario: Player X gets raided by player Y and payer Y kills Player X, and player X runs back and kills player Y.

Explain: "Metagaming" and give an example scenario
Metagaming is where the player uses information that would give him an advantage.

Scenario: Player Y skypes with player X and X says that he just mugged someone and Y is a cop and then arrestes him.

Explain: How you would handle the following situation
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I will hear both stories and ask player Y if it was a roleplay reason. I will also check their classes to see if maybe player Y mugged player X and he did not give the money. And if player Y rdm'ed player X i will give player Y a warning for rdm. If Player Y did not rdm i will give player X a warning for fake F1.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I will hear both sides of the story and ask player X if he has proof (like a timer) that player Y broke NLR. If player X has proof i will warn player Y for breaking NLR. If player X has no proof i will tell Player X to try to get proof if this happens again and tell Player Y to never break NLR or it will get bad for him.

Explain: How you would handle the following situation
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided.

I will tell the banker that he should not use the ooc to ask for help at his bank. And then tell him the rules of ooc.

Why I should be chosen: (we recommend around 150 words)
I think i would do great. I always loved to respect rules. I want to be moderator because i have seen some mods that miss used their power and i whould help people instead of missusing my power. I also want to be moderator cause i LOVE to help people, i alot of times help people in my class with their homework. And right now i play almost everyday with my friend, and i sometimes meet rdm’ers and NLR breakers. And when i am on at the morning i find lots of props pushers and citizens with big guns and or milkors. I also want to be mod because i have been told a lot of times that i am very good at having a bit power, because when we have cooking classes i mostly kinda make myself the leader and comes with good ideas. Now i also read the rules 3-4 times a week.I REALLY hope that i become mod. I hope you will let me help making the servers a better place.
