Breaking Raidtimer, false accusations and a warning for "Disrespect"

So the staff members along with a bunch of other players tried to raid my base, they got rather close and as i shot their last member, i checked the rooms, charged my health and armor and repasted the base.

Jbirsky then starts talking about how the raid wasn't over in group chat, although it clearly was since nobody was actively raiding the base. He tells me to despawn the base, since some of his members had apparently come back to resume the raid and had gotten stuck. But as i said at least 60 seconds had passed without any active raiders and so the raid was over, making this a breach of the raid timer.

I cant remember the exact quote, but i think i told him to "go fuck himself" once he had repeated this about five times.

JackZ, who is a good friend of Jbisky then proceeds to warn me for disrespect, which is strange considering he never warned me for repasting during the raid and so i can only assume that he agrees with my point of view.

If a guy keeps harassing me and accuses me of breaking the rules in open forum, can this really be considered disrespectful?
