Suggestion Title:
Adding an option to view damage logs in SSRP, This will of course overflow the console but it could be done by a certain amount for example each damage above than 30 HP.

How would it benefit the server:
This feature will help admins determine who RDMs players without killing them, it might be hard to spot an RDMR that doesn't kill players.
RDMing is providing damage to player without an RP reason, it's not only killing a player.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
This Feature can Spam the Staff Members Console so you could make a separate menu for it - maybe (F7)

Some of you here in ZARP might have been in a situation where someone shoots you randomly but no one can determine who that was.
