Reading over the report I believe Para saw where Exro had accepted the report and was going to ban him on the first post, but skipped over accidentally where he said he was going to warn and speak with him in game. All in all, it seems like an honest mistake from ParaMontana and I'm sure he'd be more than happy to return your item to you.
