Yes it is annoying when something happens to you and there's not that many staff on to deal with it. But think about it, They're players too, they can't just be doing F1's ALL day. This is most likely the reason that most of the staff seem to be resigning because of boredom. They might have done a lot of F1's earlier in the day and now doing something else, personally i see nothing wrong with it. It's not exactly the most exciting of jobs standing in front of something and every 5 seconds you receive a Stone/Gold/Ruby rock. People are always going to be doing something else when mining.

Also regarding your post Lskovfoged what you have typed is contradicting itself, if the problem isn't that all jobs are occupied then why would it be forcing players to buy VIP? To be honest, as soon as i found out about the VIP option i bought it straight away! It gives s many advantages when playing the server and also supports the community!
