When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?

it would be appropriate to use the ban command when say player X is hacking that would be a straight away PERMA-BAN nothing else to it and the only other time the BAN command would be used is if someone is mass disrespecting / trolling / being racist or basically breaking rules way too often

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?

i haven't been Mod in ages but when i was a user i have came across a very annoying cocky and defiant user so i got a member of staff online to deal with them

Why I should be Chosen
I Feel like i should be chosen is because i play deathrun a fair amount and when i play quite a few times i have came into contact with rule breakers and when i see them breaking rules and there is say a mod online it happened right infront of him and he did nothing about it and when i asked him to do something about it he asked for proof and i just want to overall help out on the server
