Please read what i added to the last question of the ban appeal, Lets all be honest, if other people do this alot. You do it once as a shop too, so far i got told using this, nobody ever said PROSPAM 2 weeks later someone comes on and says its prospam.
Propspam is more this PUTTING 6 props of each bing prop stacker it until u hit proplimit (For a base with outside for explosives okay) but if not for base.

Or It can be defined as using props unnecessarily.
