I may not play on the ZARP servers as much as I used to in 2013, but I can tell you, based off of my real-life friendship with Morgan and personal experience with him in-game, he is more than capable enough of become a global forum moderator on the ZARP forums. He is mature, intelligent, kind, and generally concerned for others when they are in need of assistance. Great applicant capable of becoming a global moderator.
