What is Ghosting? and give an example:
ghosting is when a player A dead told a player B living things that Player B is not supposed to know because he is alive
Example:In front of player B, two plates, one is red the other is green. Player A to player B will say that good is the green.
what to do is kick

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
If a player is disrespectful to other players or staff member I would first tell him to stop his disrespect, if it still continues after I gag and I warn to disrespect others. Then if he continues mute or kick I see the two as this is one of the rules to know.

Why I should be chosen:
I think I should be chosen because I know the rules (no ghosting, no trapspaming, no trapsteal, don't crouch under the piston ...). Experienced as I am (I play on the servers since September) and I know a lot of people playing on the server (the player and admin). I could keep out ghosting and other things when admins are not because I play on the server every night after 5:00 (except Saturday and Sunday every second). I hope you enjoyed reading.
