Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.: Ever since I joined this server 2 years ago I really liked it but one thing that was very obvious is that there were a lot of rule breakers which ruin the experence of everyone on the server and in the community. I have been accepted as mod last week and during my this time I usually open a shop and do some f1s instead of afk print, only exepction is if im going to sleep and I leave my pc on so my shop could be open. I have been a admin on another community which is now dead and I'm very fammiliar with all the commands admins have acces and I've become fammiliar with the f1 system during this week.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).:
Well the biggest obstacle was people who don't really understand english and they keep breaking rules even though I have explained what they do wrong countlles times. I usually tell people what they do wrong and explain the rule and tell them if they do it again they would get a warn which usually does the trick. Another obstacle were people with who are REALLY mad/disrespectfull who I warn immediately.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

You have been accepted as a moderator in the community ZARP. With this rank comes a lot of responsibility because you will be responsible for punishing rule breakers and helping the rule abiding players. People will look up to you and they will ask you questions so you better know your rules.

F1 MENU:
Here you have 3 sub menus: Admin requests, warning,logging
Admin requests- Here you will see all the active f1s. By right clicking on a f1 you will get 3 optionswhich are Handle this, Discard as spam/abuse, Copy. If you decide to handle a f1 you can goto (teleport to) the player who made the f1, you will be able to bring them to you and you will be able to abort and to mark as finished. If the f1 requires a admin abort and call an admin. If you handeled the f1 mark it as finished and move on.

F6 MENU
In this menu you will be able to view all warning/bans players have recieved. To do that you can select a player from the current play session in the top left or you can paste someones steam id in the top right which will show all the warning/bans they have recieved in the middle of the screen. It will also show you when these warning/bans were issued, what it the reason behind them, who issued them.

You might ask yourslef why I'm talking about this. Every player has accec to this but a mod+ rank will have some new features. As mod you will need to use this really often because you will be able to copy steam id of other people, you can kick people, unban from job, freeze,slay,mute,teleport,goto,bring and teleport back to spawn/last location. All of these commands are essential for handling f1s.

Now that you have basic understanding of the new things you will recieve as mod we expect that you will do well and that you will not abuse your powers.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello user.
I am the admin that has banned you for propspam. Trying to crash the server is a serious offense to the server. You have ruined the experiance of a lot of people who play here regularly, but I see that you are sorry for what you have done since you put a lot of effort in you appeal. I have concidered this and I will give you a second chance. You will be unbanned BUT if you are ever caught propspaming again you will be banned with no chance of getting unnbaned again. Have fun on our server and follow the rules

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I believe the reason why I should be chosen is that I have been a part of this community for 2 years even thought I haven't played gmod for 2 whole years. I've come back and I have a lot of fun on these 2 servers. There is a lot of rule breakers which need to be punished because they ruin the experience of everyone on the server. The admin rank will help me out a great deal in getting rid of them because I still don't have acces to all the commands/tools that admins have. I like helping out and I do f1s every day if I have time to play gmod. I have been an admin on another community so I already have experiance with theses commands. I am mature and I can't be provoked easily and I can work under pressure. This is why I believe I should be chosen as admin.
