From what others are saying, you have bad activity/gametime. I suggest you try your best and boost this while you can, because in game I have met you and you seem very friendly which I admire about friendly people, I've seen you start a conversation with other people and you seem very happy and the others seem happy. You need to look over the rules a little and fix the application a little.

You could expand these:
Try and add more answers to it. Because that's not the only way people could ghost.

Moderators cannot ban. But not bad of an example, with the explanation of you dealing with a warn. You could say that you would ask them to stop but if they didn't you could gag them or mute them receiving a warning as well.
