I'm sorry you wasted your time and made this but your request is denied. We already don't refund for rulebreakers and that doesn't change because we feel sorry for someone but you also added this which just adds to it.

You need to look at it in our eyes ( LEAD TEAM ) we get 100's of requests a day about refunds because of " Rule breakers " and its pretty hard to know if its true or not. Its like this someone loses their Thundergun in a Raid and then as their friend make a Family shared account come on the server and kill them all we see is that the person got RDM'ed and so now they would get a refund for a thundergun but really they didn't lose it to a rulebreaker.
