What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is where someone says there hiding in a certain spot e.g JackTheE.G: There hiding behind the wall!

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: Tell Them To Stop after multiple attempts warn them and if they carry on just warn them/kick them

Why I should be chosen: I think i should be chosen because i think i would help the community out and stop the rulebreakers , ive read the MOTD , im very friendly to others/staff and im a very talkative person.
