I looked into this a little and seen as his channel has no videos on it so his side of the proof was deleted or not saved there isn't much the admins can do if you can't provide proof of this guy breaking rules and saying these things to you, so if you don't have proof I suggest you should just make a ban appeal because ban request/report abuses on others need proof.

Sorry you had a bad time on the server and I hope the staff team can do there best to make it better
