Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I have been playing for a while now as moderator and I really enjoyed working with the staff here. I also learned a lot in my time as moderator for example handling different f1’s or situations. Becoming an admin will improve a lot of things such as picking players up and ban players.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
A situation what I encountered was that a player mass rdm’ed and even tried to rda’ed a couple of people in the time that I was doing a f1, also at that time there were no admins or higher on and he so he couldn’t got banned. Later on someone above my ranked came on and i showed him the players steam id and send enough proof to get him banned.

If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Congratulations on becoming a Zarp staff member! Here is a very handy guide that can help you out to get you started:

All the Commands and how to do them and what it do:

/tp: (name/steamid) it moves you to the direction you are looking at. You can also offcourse teleport players to yourself with looking at the ground for example in an f1.

/back: this command is used for the location you were. For example you tp’ed yourself at the pd district and you were in spawn, just type in /back (name/steamid) and you returned yourself to spawn.

/goto (name/steamid) this command is used to go to any player on the server.

/bring (name/steamid) this command can be used if you want to bring a player to you.

/slay (name/steamid) this command allows you to slay a player for example if he nlr’ed and hes still in the place where he died within 3 minutes of course. This person dies and he will spawn at the spawn location.

/freeze (name/steamid) this command is very handy. It is used to freeze people and the player or players will be unable to move. This can be used in a situation like mass rdm or walking away from a sit.

/warn (name/steamid) this command is used if you see a player break a rule or find out he did broke one. This command will warn the player for what he did wrong.

/unwarn (name/steamid) this command is to unwarn a player.

/kick (name/steamid) this command allows you to instantly kick a player from the server. Most of the times this will be used if there is no admin on to ban him for example mass rdm.

At last we have the f1 and the f6. F1 is used for 3 things: 1. Seeing admins requests. 2. Seeing all the warnings from different players. 3. The logs. The f6 menu is used to see the total amount of warnings a player got.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for prop spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Greetings player x

I see that you made a ban appeal on the forums on Zarp. In your ban appeal I see that you put effort in your application and that you’re ready to not break anymore rules on this server. You got banned because you prop spammed and you got banned for permanently. This is a serious server where we are dealing with every rule breaker on the servers. Prop spamming is one of the most bad things you can do on the server and that’s why I banned you for it BUT! You apologized for what you did and I accept it. I will make the ban shorter from permanently to 1 week. This will not mean you can just break rules again, I will still keep an eye on you. I hope you have learned from this.

You’re sincerely,

AceInsidious

Administrator on SSRP Zarp.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
For the time I am playing on Zarp I enjoyed any minute of it. My time as normal player and moderator is that i learned a lot here. I also found it really nice how the staff members and players on the server helped me out and being friendly to me. I off course have been friendly to the staff also and helped them out for example doing f1’s but that’s a thing you need to do ;). I think I am ready to step it up and being an admin on Zarp SSRP. The only things I need are the help from you guys and share your opinion of what you think. Thank you for reading my application and have a good day.
