For "Estimated server time" just go to your gametrackers, add all the time onlines' up and then round to the nearest 10/100 hrs, or just guess.
Random Death Match does not just occur when people die, if someone shoots another guy randomly that could be classed as RDM, or I suppose attempted RDM (just me being pedantic).
Your meta gaming definition is a bit rusty in my opinions, anyone who writes anything ingame-related or rp-related in OOC ( out of character chat ) could be classed as meta gaming, but the example is spot on. As for the rest of the application it seemed good!
