Why?

I think I should be promoted because I've dedicated my self to silent march for a long time and I have got to know and cooperate with people in the gang and make new friends, getting the next promotion or maybe a double ranking would be great because I would show more dedication and importance to your gang. I also love the gang so much I want to become higher in the ranks and serve a purpose.
