Time in gang?
I currently have about 108 recorded Garry's Mod hours on Zarp;
I spent a total of one month in the gang;

Why do you think you deserve this rank?

Attitude
As for my attitude towards other members, it has been over great. Since I've achieved the rank of Moderator on Zarp, I've focused lots of my playing time to get to know players better and that has worked out successfully. As far as I know, I haven't made any straight-forward enemies in the Zarp community so far, and many people comment on my excellence of communication during moderation sits. I feel that the attitude there transferred greatly over towards my attitude in the gang.

Base Making
So far for the gang, I've made one base dupe for the industrial area (big base next to the gas station on server one), a district base, usable in most tunnels on server one, and shared many simple printer and pot dupes for others to use at their own will, for free! I've made a profit off of these as well, and I was able to use that money to buy more special weapons. I think about $4,000,000 in regular cash and $11,000,000 in special weapons is about the right way to go.

Raiding
As for raiding, I have been a very active contributor for raids, and we (specifically we, not I) have raided higher gangs such as the A-Team, Born in Blood, and The Brotherhood (bhood I raided with just Cozey, I think). As for my effort in them, my special weapons have a big purpose and most of the time, I will nuke the entire base, and then let others rush in before me. So, for raiding, I've been a very active contributor to an all-out raid, rather than stealthy raids.

Also I made Seppe cookies. I think that settles it.
