How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: First i would warn him/her with a verbal warning. If they continue disrespecting by
-Mic i would gag him/her and warn him. If he/she continues disrespecting after mapchange (ungag) i would call and admin to ban him/her for a while
-Chat i would mute him/her and warn him. If he/she continues disrespecting after mapchange (unmute) i would call and admin to ban him/her for a while
If they avoid gag/mute by rejoining i would call and admin to ban them for a while

Why I should be chosen: Because im a friendly person, I like trying to solve people's problems and helping them. I have 219 hours Garry's Mod Total. I would be happy to help new players and teaching them some tricks. I would try to get rid of hackers, glitchers and exploiters to make the server more peaceful, player friendly and more enjoyable.I can spare my time to answer the questions.
