I personally see no point in instantly re-applying as the advice given when being denied is to take on board and deal with, not completely ignore and call wrong. If he was to be told off by a higher ranking admin and didn't take what the admin said on board because the admin was "Completely wrong" then how would he be benefiting the staff team?
