[Story]: Me and some guys were raiding double glass doors. I saw DEADMONSTER clearly run towards me with his taser. He entered the building next to us and I tried to shoot him. He clearly saw me being wanted and he clearly noticed the shot next to him yet he turned around acting like he didn't. Just look at his behavior in the building. It's just not normal.

Short version: I saw him run with a tazer towards me. That's why I shot him. He abused his powers and didn't speak to me properly.
