We have just taken a look into this for you and found that you have multiple accounts on the ZARP site, we have moved all your upgrades including your ZARP VIP upgrade and Booster Packs from your other account, CWGR76, so that you can enjoy them on your new one. To claim your Booster Packs simply rejoin the server and claim them from the Donate tab under the F4 Menu. In future just use this account to purchase upgrades and they will be applied automatically.
