Honestly, I feel you're the one wrong on this, but I'm probably misunderstanding things...
And by mistakes, I mean they were some really sketchy RDM reports and such that I couldn't really prevent but were valid RP, with one being that a Mutant's body flew into the sewer as I killed him, and I was warned.
Another one that happened was that I accidentally put a building sign up on Seppe's base when there was a lost health generator in the blocked off area.

EDIT: I feel that if I did get warned falsely, it's not worth my time to get all the staffs jimmies rustled on a warn that goes away in 24 hours or so.
