ok so here your explanation isn't right because meta gaming has nothing really to do about switching jobs ( if he switched back with in 5 mins it would be job abuse) so meta gaming is just relaying in Charicter information in a out of Charicter channels as per the rules
An example of this could be [ bobs base is being raided bob calls for help in Ooc "help my base is being raided in warehouses help me " that would be meta gaming]

Ok so curse the console logs show kills not RDM so you will need a admition or proof and you can't jail as a mod.
