Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario. a player kill another player for reason

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. got raided and killed so you cant go back to the district until the the estimated time is over and you forget about your old life

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. ask player y for the reason and to give proof and if it was rdm he get warned

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
ask for proof of breaking nlr
