Reason:
Jugger broke the servers rules by forcing jump in his base entrance, He refused to co-operate with the servers rules and used bad language while doing so "I Don't Fucking Care".

Story:
While playing SSRP server #2 I came across Jugger's base and while trying to enter it I noticed the world props were forcing a jump, I than asked him to modify/remove his props in that particular area, and he refused and said he doesn't fucking care about the servers rules.
