The Review
Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match is as its name – providing a Death Match (Damage or Death) randomly or without a Roleplay reason.
For example: player ‘X’ walks in the street and decides to shoot player ‘Y’ with no reason or with a non RP reason. RDM is not allowed in Zarp RP and in most other DarkRP servers.
<-- Good! Example could be a bit more detailed but it is not incorrect.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule in it’s short version (NLR) – Is exactly as it’s name, once you die you have to start a new character life, this means you do not remember your previous life In Character, you can still talk about it Out Of Character, For example a cop that died in spawn trying to arrest a wanted person dies, he is not allowed to spawn back and arrest/kill the wanted man for until the New Life Rule’s time is over which is 3 minutes in Zarp RP, New life Rule also has a side rule which is – A player who died in an area premises is not allowed to return to that area for 3 minutes.
For example: Player ‘X’ Is defending his base against Player ‘Y’ which is raiding it, during the raid Player ‘X’ dies than immediately returns and kills player ‘Y’.
I want to state the first lines that explain the rule might not apply to this server I’m sorry if I was wrong.
<-- Once again, explanation is fairly good and so is the example, but talking about your past life in OOC might give out some RP elements which don't belong in OOC.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is an "out of character" action where a player's character makes use of knowledge that the player is aware of but that the character is not meant to be aware of.
For example:
Holding the Microphone Button to see who is near you at the moment.
Seeing items/effects sticking out of walls like a drug plant. Than raiding the place for them.
Using OOC chat (out of character) to receive or send information about in character stuff like asking where is someone or asking for help while being raided.
<-- Hold up. The definition itself isn't wrong, but the metagaming rule is not that strict here. It's only related to certain channels. Last example is correct.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player ‘X’ accuses player ‘Y’ for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
In the stated situation I would first take both players to an admin area (Rooftop) and there I will ask player ‘Y’ why did he kill player ‘X’ considering he gives a legit answer like “He was trying to arrest my comrade so I shot him”, I would than ask player ‘X’ if he indeed did what player ‘Y’ states he did, Wither he says he did I would than close the sit and tell player ‘X’ that player ‘Y’ had a reason for killing him and it was not RDM otherwise I will ask player ‘X’ for proof, considering he gives me good proof I will than warn Player ‘Y’ for RDM. If from the start Player ‘Y’ Doesn’t give a legit answer to why he killed player ‘X’ I will explain to him why what he did was RDM and than warn him for it.
<-- Hmm, Not bad!
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
In the stated situation I would first take both players to an admin area (Rooftop) and there I will ask Player ‘X’ for proof that shows player ‘Y’ died in the location stated at the time stated, the logs might show that the time that passed before players Y death might be shorter than the NLR time but It doesn’t necessarily means that he died in the location that player X says he died. In case there is no proof I will ask player ‘Y’ If he indeed died here in the time stated, he might confess and than I will explain to him the “New Life” rule which also states you cannot return to the place you died until the NLR time is over (3 minutes), considering the behavior of player ‘Y’ I might leave him without any warning but indeed warn him not to break the rule for next time. In the end I will thank player ‘X’ for his report and carry on...
<-- Seems okay.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided:
Clearly the rule that player ‘X’ is breaking is Metagame, I would teleport to player ‘X’ and explain to him the rule of Metagame, and show him that he can use gang chat or private msg to contact his friends for help. After I have full confirmation that he indeed understood the rule I will give him a warning for “Metagame”.
<-- There is no need to teleport to the player. Chat channels will do the job. Also I usually tell them off once before warning, but it's up to you.
Verdict
You have a fairly good activity and a really good attitude in-game.
Your application is well detailed and easy to read.
As long as you have no recent warnings, then it's a

from me.
